We serve brunch every day, all day, in the heart of Prague 1. If you come in the morning, you'll find the same full menu as if you arrive at 3 in the afternoon. And even if you've had a late start and aren't in the mood for anything big, you can still just have a simple breakfast with us.

Desserts at Café Revoluční are a serious matter. Not an afterthought, not "something to have with coffee from the display case," but a full and equal part of our menu, to which we give the same care as our main dishes.

What we make from and why it matters
Our homemade desserts are made from quality chocolate, fresh butter, seasonal fruit, and a basic principle: nothing that would be embarrassing to make at home. No hardened fats, no flavoring mixes.
The current selection changes with the season. In summer you'll find desserts with raspberries, citrus, and light creamy fillings. In autumn and winter, warming flavors take center stage — caramel, cinnamon, nuts, gingerbread.

This is the thing we're most proud of. At Café Revoluční, we run our own small bakery and pastry kitchen — not outsourced, not "we source from a local bakery."

Our pastry chefs and bakers arrive before we open the doors, and you can see the results of their work in the display case every day. Fresh sourdough bread, croissants made with buttery dough, seasonal cakes, macarons, custom-made celebration cakes. Taking the design of a café and calling it "a cozy interior with a brick wall" is a cliché today. We took a different approach. We designed the space to work for different types of visitors at the same time: someone wants a quiet corner to work with a laptop, someone else wants a large table to meet with friends, someone is looking for an aesthetically interesting spot for photos. We have all of this — and none of it gets in the way of the other.
