Prague 1 has cafés and restaurants on every corner. We decided to take a different path — to create a place where things that naturally belong together come together: honest specialty coffee, homemade desserts from our own kitchen, fresh baked goods from our own bakery, and hot dishes that make sense. No stars, no formal dress code, no tourist surcharge.

Café Revoluční is a place in the heart of Prague 1 that people visit regularly — not once as a tourist, but again and again, because you know what to expect.

Our story - how Café Revoluční came to be

We started with a simple conviction: the center of Prague was missing a place that combines a genuine café, homemade gastronomy, and a space with character — without compromising on quality and without having to choose between breakfast, lunch, or an afternoon coffee.

Café Revoluční was created as the answer to this gap. We built it around three pillars we never compromise on: fresh ingredients every day, preparation from scratch in our kitchen and bakery, and a space where you actually want to be. The rest developed naturally — we added brunch, expanded the dessert selection, and opened the space for private events.

Today, Café Revoluční is a place where locals come before work, families come on weekends for brunch, companies come for informal lunches, and guests come looking for an event space without the sterility of a hotel.

Bistro

Our bistro offers a freshly prepared daily menu every day — soup and main courses made from seasonal ingredients. No semi-finished products, no frozen portions. Light hot dishes that won't weigh you down but will fill you up. Ideal for a working lunch in the center without having to wait an hour for service.

Breakfast and Brunch

Breakfast with us starts every weekday from 7:30 — eggs, toast, açaí, fresh baked goods from our own bakery. Brunch and breakfast available daily until 17:00 — a selection of hot and cold dishes, sweet pastries, and homemade drinks. No queue at the door, no reservation needed, no stress.

Café

We take coffee seriously. We work exclusively with our own beans, roasted specifically for us. We know where they come from, how they were processed, and what to expect from every cup.

If you're just getting into specialty coffee, we're happy to guide you. If you already know your coffee, you'll appreciate the consistency.

Homemade Desserts

Every dessert is prepared directly in our kitchen — from ingredients we select ourselves, according to recipes that are our own. Cheesecakes, chocolate cakes, cottage cheese pastries, seasonal specialties. The selection changes with the week and the season, so there's always something new to find.

Homemade Bakery

Our own bakery is another thing we're proud of. Every morning we supply the entire establishment with fresh baked goods — croissants, ciabattas, savory pastries, toast breads. We bake ourselves, we bake every day, and the result is evident from the very first bite.

Venue Rental

Café Revoluční is not just a place for coffee and lunch. Our space, with its historic character, can be rented for corporate breakfasts, workshops, birthday celebrations, or product presentations — with catering directly from our kitchen, specialty coffee, and a flexible layout for 20–50 people.
